Even death doesn't seem so bad with goldfish swimming around. Maybe I'll write a proper description in the morning and you know...stuff.
I'm soooooo tired right now because I keep painting at night and wake up early anyway to learn 3d.

EDIT:
First of all I'm sorry if this shows up on your watch list again but according to FAQ it really shouldn't so please inform me if it re-appears.
I wanted to create something darker so that my gallery would have more variety. Besides it has been some time since I did the whole "red dress" thing. (more in my gallery)
I just let this picture paint itself really. I often stress the fact that people should paint more from reference but naturally the one who preaches doesn't practice his own advice. Just laugh at my stupidity and let it pass. The girl was a quick doodle on my sketchbook that I found shockingly full. (when did I draw all that crap!?)
Afterwards I drew more hands from reference of my own little palms and scanned them into the picture.
The burn marks from the chains on her wrists are maybe the most cruel thing I've ever painted in a picture. But I felt that I needed to tell the viewer that she can't get away even though she's trying to.
For some reason when I look at her I can see accurately what she's thinking. There are things she didn't get to do in life that she was trying to do. The death looks like she (well it's really female looking to me ) understands what the girl is feeling with pity. But she's only a gear in the machine of life that she can't stop.
her tigh look a little flat to my eyes but the rest are purfect...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
