Every year I fail to make Christmas cards. Now I finally managed to make one. They're currently in print and I hope my friends appreciate the effort I put into this. I wanted to keep my brushes varied and opacity high to keep a high level of texture detail. I used pscs4 artrage 2 and painter. It was so much fun going crazy on the messy bits that I had to re-paint sections several times to suggest rather that over explain things.

And now: some shameless propaganda!
Super Stardust Portable was just released!

that looks really good, I quite like the steep perspective and those colours which you used. they look so warm, and yet do a good job at showing the winter landscape  Very lovely contrast there :D I think there could perhaps be some structures in the window thoug, like of glass paintings or the window bars, and perhaaaps some figure outside to add to the scale.
in any case, great work :D

stunning!

it somehow manages to feel warm and cozy, inviting and inspiring - and massive and slightly scary at the same time.

something with how the warmth from the windows connect with the sky and makes it both serene and tense
